Comments:
Doubled back a few times to meet up with different groups and varied the pace accordingly. Got to run a stretch with many different folks. Felt pretty good, all in all. Nice to be distracted by conversations. Knees were achy at night. ...late night doing meet entries/prepping for Annie's 6th birthday.
