Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Cold out tonight at Logan High. Planned workout was 5x1200m at 5k pace with jogging recovery of 2-3 minutes. A little tricky getting accurate distance as there was a soccer game going on and their gear was spread out on lanes 2-5 at the 200m marks. About 1.75 w/up, jumped into the first split longer (.87) at 5:35. Was able to hit close splits for the final 4 intervals between 5:30-5:34. 2.22 mile c/down. Challenging workout since I haven't ran VO2 in awhile, so was intimidated with just getting started. Satisfied with the workout and look forward to a few more with this intensity for the sharpening phase of my marathon build up. Newton Distance S, CW-X tights, Under Armour compression top.
