Comments:
My weekly visit to Bally. About 15 minutes of w/up and 35 minutes steady, 7:03 pace. Final 10 minutes at 6:53. I question the treadmill readings because this run felt really easy compared to outdoors at this pace. Or is it the super comfortable shoes? Stretching and a quick ab workout after. Newton Distance S and Zensah compression socks.
