Weather: Cold as tits, 14 degrees outside.

Comments:
The wind chills were baddddd. :( ugh, easy run today by myself. I was going to go 3 but felt good so i went 4. Felt really good today. Breathing was okay but idk my legs just felt so light and i learned to loosen up my legs so it wont feel so tight. Slipped and fell on ice when coming back... My butt was so cold after that happened., :( other than tht, felt good. Ran out alone, but tht last 3/4 of a mile, i ran a lttle behind sara, daisy, and dana.

Splits: 9:59, 9:22, 9:30, 9:00.

Extraaaa: everything +100 ups + shin walks.
