At the Track today for a mini workout before the Terp invite this saturday.
we did 10 laps of 80 meter "practice starts" (all out sprints), jogged the back stretch, and then 150 meter striders back in.
extended the cooldown a little on the way back.
I'm still feeling really sore from core/breakdancing.
