Comments:
Another start at Nordvik into CH. Cold with some wind, but manageable with the right gear. Did the Brazen Half course -minus the last .4 area -stayed on asphalt for that portion leading to the water fountain/staging area. Felt the soreness from last nights workout, was def. glad to have the trails and nature for company. Stayed within recovery-easy pace range with the second loop slighty faster ending with a 2 mile pick up back to Nordvik. Brooks Cadence, CEP compression socks.
