Indoor mid run

Weather: 31, overnight snow

Comments:
Inside again, snow overnight. Planned to just go slow but after graduated warm up just kept upping pace every 5 min all the way to 9 flat pace and ended with 2 min pick up. Felt really good to go a bit faster. Had to cut run short by 1 mile due to 30 min shovel :(
