inside grip pull up machine 4x

Oustide grip upll up machine 4x

Abductor 3x

Aductor 3x

Leg lifts: Abs 2x

Crunch machine: Abs 2x

Then swim for 30 min, front crawl

Streached and rubbed right calf.
