Comments:
Long run today as well as a recovery from yesterdays race.
The ground is covered with snow (first real snow 2 nights ago) that froze over so everything was shitty and slippery, thus causing a slow pace and some frustrating spots. regardless i ran into the park and on the trails with Teddy for a good 90 minute run.
when I got back hit the weight room for plyos and arms. I got a pretty good 40min session in
