Comments:
hills at the cemetery. went with the group that was going the 400 hill. it went pretty well i thought, but by like 6 or 7, the pretty chilly air was giving me trouble, and i just felt more tired than i should have been. coach said it wasn't a day to push anything, and i'm kind of trying not to go too hard during any workouts this early in the year, so i just stopped after 8. i never like stopping workouts, even when i know it was the better move. just frustrating thing. did 8 of them pretty well, so no lost day. cooled down with the long hill group too.
