Felt pretty good this morning, I think mainly just because I got approximately 8 hours sleep. A few aches and pains particularly around my groin and belly, from the run yesterday, but I feel strong. Went out to eat twice over the weekend, and ate lots, so I haven't lost weight, but I think I am about evens on around 70kg, which is ok. I need to start getting it down, though.
