Comments:
5:14, 5:24, 5:42. felt tired first 2 miles, tried to stay in the race. cramped up right side under ribs last mile. coulda went about 16:45 if i didn't cramp. shins a little sore prior, but with biofreeze and compression sicks felt fine during and after race.
