Weather: 26, snow on ground
Comments:
Stayed inside due dto 7 inch snow fromd yesterday, feeling a bit under the weather with head/sinus thing but felt it wouldn't affect run. Felt fine starting out very slow and just inched up pace at 10 min intervals for first 5 miles, hopped off for a quick check on fire and candy and got back on for 3 more miles. Feeling fatigued by the end but was able to get pace up for the last mile to under 9 pace. Psyched to get in a long run!
