Comments:
Felt great today. Nice to do an anaerobic workout that was tough on the legs. You know what, I had fun out there today. Loved breaking 30 on the last 200. Only thing I would have liked to do better was go slightly faster on the 300 and the 400. Other than that, not much to complain about.
