it was starting to get dark by the time we got down to mlk. drilled, then started the workout. 30min tempo, got a bit past the 2.5 mark before turning around, then finished at the line a little late. it was windy, so we didn't go terribly fast, and started out a bit slow too. effort-wise, it was good though. jogged to the track for 2x400 @5k pace. 71,68. back to veale. lifted wk2day1, felt fine, no hamstring problems. static1, rolled, ibisx42, hipsx10, icebath.
