2x approx 5k pace up hill to Ashmole

Weather: Chilly, cloudy

Comments:
Felt very tired after yesterday, but wanted to do something. Jogged down the hill from Ashmole, then ran back up at 5k effort twice. 2:10 for the run up and 3:20 jog down. Felt ok running, but it seemed extra hard. I didn't fancy more after the two.
