61. 800 METER TIME TRIAL.

Weather: Decent, really windy.

Comments:
800 meter time trial. Warmup with the girls, cooldown alone, race alone, 200 meters with yolanda. Not really happy with my 800 time.. I know i could have done better but i guess this is good for my first 800. Didnt really know how to pace myself..

Now my right shins are hurting.. Nvdnvihgirgm. Gonna ice them when i wake up from my nap. Hurts when i press on then, didnt feel it when i was running or walking.

Extraaa. Body squats, shin stretches, shin walks, calf raises. No jump squats cause shins are hurting.

800: 3:28
200: 43s (took tht one out way too fast), 48s, 48s, 46s.
