Comments:
workout on track in trainers. 1600 on track at T pace (5:27), 1 min break, 1200 at T pace (4:06), 1 min break, 4x800 (2:30, 2:30, 2:29, 2:28) with 45 sec break in between them. felt great during the tempos, but after the first 800, which I led too fast in the start, my legs were shot with lactic acid, but I tried my best to complete the workout, so i'm happy i did that. shin didn't hurt too much during the workout, hopefully it's the same tomorrow morning.
