Amazing 300 Workout

We were late again today and I had to go to sportsmed, so Russ and I ran 3 miles alone to warmup and did drills in the field house with the team. My achilles is starting to bother me a lot. We ran out to the track and did four quick 200s, 200jog, to warm up. These were:

They felt kinda tough, actually. We were assigned 10x300 at 48. These felt suprisingly easy, and Sam was killing it today, leading them all except the fifth rep, which I took and pushed the pace to a new level. We were 46 and under for the last 6, with the last 2 being 45 and 44. I feel speed coming at the right time. I am in the 3k this weekend in the dual meet. Time to fuck Lafayette up. Got a nice ice bath in in the training room, 45 degree water. Then a nice bone, where I guest swiped Flach.
