Comments:
V02 workout, shortened to be able to free up time for family dinner and because I have an LT run at Coyote Hills, so need time to recover. 3 x 1200m a little faster than 5k pace with 2 minute recovery. 2 mile w/up, 4:10, 4:08, 4:05, 2 mile w/down. Tough one again, hurt faced, but glad to get it in. Newton Distance S
