Evening run on the treadmill. After about 10 minute w/up, steady 6:58-7:03 for about 37 minutes. Last 8 minutes at 5:52. Stretching and some crunches after. Its going to be tricky getting the mileage and workouts this week with Coyote Hills this Sat. Brooks Cadence.
