ran with mill adam and saccamanno
14 miles a la Saccamannos GPS watch
made $5 moving a jeep that was stuck in the trail
ran basically on all trails or golf couse = great run
under 7 min pace for last 4 miles at least, up and down a lot of hills in the trails
