Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran again after class. steeple was cancelled, so there was no time constraint. ran around the second lake, then did 4x100m striders and jogged a bit for an even 8. felt good, it didn't bother me that i had already run earlier. my hamstrings were still a little sore, but i felt smooth on the striders. by the end of the run, my shins were kinda sore. probably from the above average mileage. did some hurdle walkovers with corey, static 1, acex60,
