Weather: 66 and Terrific!
Comments:
Ran 1 mile up on ATT from Wimberly entrance. Stretched and did some drills. Then 43:00 fartlek north on trail. 1:00 easy and then 7-6-5-4-3-2-1-1 on w/2:00 off between each. Finished with just over a mile cool down for 9 on the day.
Ran around 5:40-5:50 pace on the 7-6-5 and then dropped it down to 5:08-5:20 pace on the 2:00 and 1:00 on's. Felt sluggish the first 1/2 of workout and then rolled the last.
Core after wards at gym.
