Comments:
ran with chris, tim, aaron, and david. after yoga and EFT the yoga made me realize how tight my hamstrings were, but relaxed me, and i'm not sure what to think of the EFT, because i'm having trouble with figuring out exactly what i should be saying to myself. i think maybe something about confidence, because all i can do is think of all the things wrong with me. haha. the run was actually pretty good, just really muddy. got back and did thursday walkovers, with david.
