Comments:
5 x 1200 with the first 400 quick and then a pace change. Our first 400 was usually 68 and then we would try to maintain 72-74. It got pretty tough. Definitely have some work to do in gaining back leg speed lost from the fall.
Back to Veale for lifting and essentials.
