ran 2 miles to gym, first two miles of T at 552 pace, next two at 549 pace. breathing/cardio felt fine. shins/calf/feet fine. quads and hip flexors felt tired/little sore last 1.5 or so, but no pain. 2 miles back with 5 x 20 sec strides.
