Weather: Cold as frick.

Comments:
Liwer legs hurting. But felt better than yesterday. I got new orthodics for today and legs felt s much better than the past few days. Breathing was good, my knees are still low though... :( ugh. Justlower legs. Doing some leg work and exercises. Shin stuff too. No ice today cause i dont want my muscles to ge numb.
