Comments:
Ran at the middle school (less than 400 meters but marked) track since did not have a car. Tight turns! To do 3 x 10:00, first at 6:26-6:30, second 6:18-6:22, third 6:10-6:15, 2:00 jogs between, 3-5 rest after three sets, 4 x 200 at 1500 pace. Went through first set in 6:25, second in 6:16 and third in 6:15. The 200s were 38.9, 38.8, 37.3, 36.6. not bad given conditions. (Note: Cool down below counts jogs between all sets.)
