Comments:
My legs felt good on this run which was a relief. I didn't have pain yesterday, but I decided to take a rest day anyway just to be on the safe side. For the first half of this run I had the wind at my back and the sun on my face and was feeling great, then on the way back it was wind in my face and I was cold. Splits are the following: 7:48, 6:55, 6:52, 7:06, 6:54, 6:57, 7:07, 6:56, 7:08, 7:03, 7:12, 7:55. I'm not terribly happy with the miles 9, 10, and 11 but I was going into the wind so I guess I should give myself a break.
