Comments:
Taking it easy, ran with Mike B. up and down the ridges and back to Patterson parking area. Went back towards Bayview to levee and took Crandal Creek trail back. First time on that trail in a very long time. 2 more weeks of the 2nd phase for the marathon training plan. After next week, the taper begins. Saucony Mirage.
