January 31, 2012 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
pretty sad that I consider this a LONG run, but I haven't been much of a runner for the last month (although my flatmates think otherwise). Finally got out on a soft surface this morning, because I finally went running during the day, so the parks were open. I went to Bute Park, named after the rich Scottish family that owned Cardiff Castle (off from one side of the park) and basically founded the city of Cardiff by capitalizing off the coal mines and building the docks to ship it all over the world. Ran down Bute Park aways before going back. Only one wrong turn the whole run!! Yay for progress :P
