Comments:
3 sets of 500,300 with 2 minutes after the 5 and 6-7 minutes after the 300. 76 (ran most of the first turn in lane 3, it was a harder effort) 46, 74,45,76,45.

A decent workout I guess. A little frustrated that I couldn't go faster on the 500's, I feel like I didn't dig deep enough when I needed to. Maybe not going all the way to the well on this workout will leave me with a little left if i race this weekend though.
