Comments:
Just ran home as usual. Tried to make it a little bit quick, and I was around about 7:15 on all of the checkpoints. Nice enough run anyway. I spent a lot of the time thinking that I felt pretty good, and wondering if being able to run fast is a good sign for race on Saturday, or if I am wasting energy etc.
