Decided to go over to Davis Shores on my own this afternoon and do some mile repeats. Intended on doing three, but on the third one I wasn't feeling it after 400 meters, so I just stopped and ran back 400 a little faster, but not all out. 6:04, 6:14, 400s in 1:28 easy and 1:25. 2.5 miles of warm-up and cool down
