Ran 2 miles up on treadmill at gym. Then 1 mile and then rolled into a 3 mile tempo in 17:45. Was going to go 4 and the legs felt good, but my knee is still hurting bad!! Not sure why but I am sooooooo frustrated bc I am finally getting fit and feeling good. 5 mile cool down on the bike!
