first bad run

Comments:
this was supposed to be a 12 mile run. had to be into work at 11, so i woke up at 7 and had a granola bar and some coffee. ran at 830, had all kinds of stomach problems. they were so bad that it actually affected the way i was running so i cut it short. then i worked for 12 hours. infuriating
