Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Early long run in order to get the Kaiser SF run in over the weekend. A little tough getting started, eased up around mile 5. Steady and moderate after. Finished last 2 miles at close to marathon pace. Didn't bring any gels or Cytomax on this one and def. began to feel the affects of it. Glad to get out to do this. Saucony Mirage.
