Short V02 workout. 3x1200 with 2-3 minute recovery. Felt a little sluggish and sore, inner left knee and right calf, but subsided after warm up. Little over 2 mile w/up. 4:05, 4:08, 4:06. 2 miles at a little slower than mp. 1 mile c/down. Newton Distance
