Comments:
Its fridaay, technically. Warmup alone, workout with cynthia and yoyo, cooldown partly with yolanda, So we had another workout today. No soreness, breathing was good, form was good, just my left shins felt iffy, right leg feels fine. Idk, i would feel a tenseness in my left shin from time to time, i stretched it out after each sprint. During the cooldown, i felt amazingggg. I was going to do a longer cooldown then i intended but i felt like i was late.

4x150 with three minute rests during jogging and standing, 3xflying80s with three minute rests, 4x150s with three minute rests jogging and standing, 4x80 hills with 1:50 rest.

Extra work, the eagle ab and core, shin exercises, shin walks, calf exercises, calf raises.
