second lake

Comments:
ran with tim around the second lake, and added eaton to shaker for the extra half. got back to veale, and tried to do a couple 200s at goal mile pace for saturday, but ran them both in 32. felt smooth, fast but strong. my hamstrings are still sore, but i think they're getting better. steeple drills except no run-overs.
