Ran and walked to the bus stop

Comments:
Ran fairly fast with a heavy back pack for about 100m or so at a time, and then walked until recovered. Also ran back home from High Barnet after dropping Ndey to station. I feel really quite good, my legs are definitely strong. I only worry that I might be a bit heavy, and also that I really need to get more sleep.
