Comments:
Ran around my neighborhood after my ACT class. Omg, im sore as frick. Moving my thighs hurt so bad. Ugh. Lower legs a bit sore, but not as bad as yesterday. Took it easy man cause i was tired from that 5 hour testing, and oh tht threshold now i cant move my body. Gonna probably take a bath later and gonna get my mama to massage my legs.

No splits, mileage based on time.

Extra work: 400 meter strides, shin walks, epshin exercises and stretches.
