Comments:
3k on a flat 200m track for the first time in my life. stayed relax and not nervous before the race
, and warmed up early, which may have helped since my heart was up nicely by race time. traded laps with kays, though he led more than i did. a lot of random surges in the race, which didn't help much but i tried to not get caught up in that. splits i remember: 34 (too fast), 1:11, 2:25 (for the 8), 3:40, 4:55,..., 8:01, 9:11 (closed pretty well). pretty all-out effort which i'm happy about, considering it's my first race in a while.
