Felt okay during the run. afterwards though, i felt very shitty. My lower body started to get pretty achey during the final 5 miles and by the end, I was in quite a lot of pain--a deep pain unlike soarness. I've been doing maybe about about 25 percent of my runs on dirt trails and maybe about 5 percent on pavement, and i think that that may be too much pounding especially since I'm probably still not fully recovered from the all-pavement marathon three weeks ago. about 30 minutes after the run, I got some intense chills and was really cold and miserable. It took about 2 hours, ibuprofen, a hot shower, and some coffee before I started to feel better. Maybe I'm getting sick--not really sure. Anyways, a descent run with a terrible recovery.
