Weather: Cold but I lost clothing as the run went on because it was hot

Okay workout. Target 8:02. The first mile was too fast though so the all out 800 wasn't too good. But the first mile I dropped my watch and Dana forgot to start her watch so we just tried to go off what Daisy was running but it didn't really work. 100 ups, jump squats, and runners arms.
