Comments:
Ran on the treadmill at the gym to help the sore knee out.
Ran 8 miles in 51:35 with a 4 mile tempo 23:05 in the middle.

Felt good in the legs, but still having some stomach issues I can not get over.
Good workout- 2 miles on the bike afterwards and then some core and weights after.
