Comments:
A little extra warm-up with CKells and then 2 mile warm up to MLK for a 2 x 20 minute slower steady state. Felt fine, and I sped the last mile up to move my legs since I was not on the track on Monday. Felt good. Back to Veale to lift + Essentials.
