Comments:
woke up later than i wanted to, so i skipped my "before breakfast" and just headed out in the world. i wanted to get in 8 so i kind of felt rushed when i started, but i slowed up because i was sore from yesterday's lift. my hamstrings were just real tight. just went some random places and ran for about an hour. came back and stretched while watching the league. i also had golden grahams pretty soon after i got back since i was starving. power shower, then to class.
