Weather: appropriate wind and sun
Comments:
I ran 1.5 mile today. I did it. Until I ran to the "wilson spirit", I was feeling really good. I felt I became healthy however when I ran the hill I felt my body is heavy. During the running, I found my rhythm of breathing and I could concentrate on the running. After finishng the running, I felt refreshed even sweat.
